Melina Economos Participates In Fall 2013 Upper School Play, 'Romeo and Juliet'

Worcester Academy's Melina Economos, a member of the Class of 2015, participated in the Fall 2013 Upper School play, Romeo and Juliet, staged Nov. 1-2 in Daniels Gymnasium. Melina, a Worcester resident, was Prince/Abraham/Stet and Friar John.

All of the Worcester Academy students involved in the Shakespearean play had the opportunity to develop invaluable real world skills such as handling responsibility, problem solving, organizing and motivating themselves and others, developing effective interpersonal communication, and gaining self-confidence.

Director for the play was Worcester Academy Performing Arts faculty member William Addis. Costume designer was Joanne Buyniski. Set designer was David Plante.
